World of Powersports Out sources Warehousing, Order Fulfillment and
Customer Service to B-1 Logistics.

DECATUR, IL – January 26th 2007
/ This year will bring big changes at World of Powersports. During its
tenth year of double digit growth; World of Powersports is outsourcing
its parts distribution to B1 Logistics; a company specializing in
Powersports warehousing and distribution. The new distribution
agreement will allow World of Powersports to continue its growth to
include additional product lines and more internet opportunities. As
part of the agreement B1 Logistics will hire Mike Jackson as its
President of Operations. Mike has a Master of Business Administration
(MBA) from the University of Illinois and over the past thirteen years
has served as World of Powersports’ Accountant, Chief Financial
Officer and most recently its Manager of Parts & Internet Operations.
Under Mike’s management World of Powersports grew its parts division
from $65,000/year in 1994 to over $20 million in 2006, making it the
largest OEM parts dealer in the country for many of the franchises it
carries.

The new distribution agreement will allow
World of Powersports to pursue numerous growth opportunities in 2007.
